What is the lead time for order processing?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume product drops, processing may take up to 5 business days before tracking information is updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their local government.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain tactical gear and final sale items are exempt from returns.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes a specific sizing guide. For plate carriers, sizing is based on the size of your ballistic plates, not your body size. Please refer to our fitment charts for details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
To ensure fast shipping, our fulfillment process begins immediately. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted, but please contact support as soon as possible.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand by our craftsmanship. All Ferro Concepts products carry a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
